Gokhan Erun

Gokhan Erun is a bachelor graduate from Electronic and Communication Department of Istanbul Technical University and  MBA graduate from Business Department of Yeditepe University. He started his career as a Director of Treasury at Garanti Bank in 1994. Between 1999-2004 Erun served as a Director of Corporate Marketing Department. After being appointed as a General Director of Retirement and Life in 2004, he was appointed as a Deputy General Director at Garanti Bank in 2005. Erun pursuing his career as a Deputy General Director since September, 2015 was responsible for Corporate Banking Coordination, Treasury, Treasury Marketing and Financial Solutions, Derivative Products, Cash Management and Transactions and Financial Institutions sectors. On the other hand, he was a member of Supervisory Boards at several subsidiaries of Garanti Bank. Erun pursuing his career as a General Director at Yapi Kredi from January, 2018 has been serving as a General Director since then. Serving as a CEO at Koch Financial Services at the same time, he participates in Supervisory Boards of Branches of Yapi Kredi Group, as well.

Marco Iannaccone 1983-cü ildə Universita degli Studi di Venezia-da İşlətmə İqtisadiyyatı üzrə bakalavr pilləsindən,  2003-cü ildə  isə Clemson Universitetində İdarəetmə üzrə magistratura pilləsindən məzun olub.Professional karyerasında 2002-ci ildə Unicredit Private Banking SpA-da Aktivlərin idarəedilməsi bölməsinin aidiyyətdə M&A fəaliyyəti üzrə məsul şəxs kimi başlayıb, daha sonra isə müxtəlif illərdə Unicredit Şəxsi Sərvət məsləhəçisi, Strategiya, Planlama və nəzarət üzrə rəhbər vəzifələrdə fəaliyyətini davam etdirib. 2008-2013-cü illərdə isə Bank Pekao Sa-da Baş Maliyyə məmuru vəzifəsini icra edib. 2013-2016-cı illərdə Yapı Kredi Bankası A.Ş/Türkiyə ofisində İcraçı Vitse Prezident və Baş Maliyyə direktoru vəzifəsində çalışıb. 2016-2019-cu illərdə isə UniCredit Bank/Macarıstan Baş Direktor müavini olub. 2019-cu ilin iyun ayından etibarən isə Yapı Kredi Bankası A.Ş/Türkiyə ofisində İcraçı Direktor və Əməliyyatlar üzrə Baş İnzibatçı vəzifəsində fəaliyyətini davam etdirir.

Erhan Adali received his Bachelor's Degree at Istanbul University, Faculty of Political Sciences in 1988. Between 1989-1994, he was an Internal Audit Department Auditor at Garanti Bank, Deputy Manager of Marketing Department at Garanti Bank in 1994-1995 and Head of Fındıklı Branch of Garanti Bank in 1995-1997,  Head of Corporate Department at Garanti Bank in 1997-2002, Regional Manager of Commercial Banking Marketing at Garanti Bank in 2002-2004, and Department Coordinator of SME Banking Marketing at Garanti Bank in 2004-2005. In 2005-2012, he was General Manager at Garanti “Emeklilik ve Hayat”, Deputy Director of Credit Department at Garanti Bank in 2012-2017, and was a member of Garanti Leasing-Guarantee Mortgage Supervisory Board in 2015-2017. Since January 2018, he has been working as a Deputy Director for Yapi Kredi Corporate and Commercial Banking as a member of Yapı Kredi A.Ş. / Turkey Board of Directors.

In 2001, he received his Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Social Sciences / Management from Cologne University (Germany). In 2005-2007, he worked in management of client portfolio on Small and Medium Enterprises and continued as Deputy Director for Risk Management from 2005 to 2007, credit lending manager for Machinery, Metal, Construction and Automotive Industry during 2007-2014 in Unicredit Bank (Germany). He was appointed to Chief Risk Officer (CRO) in Unicredit Bulbank (Bulgaria) from 2014 to 2016. He has been working as Deputy Director for Risk Management / Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board in Yapı Kredi Bank J.S.C (Turkey) since 2016.

Serkan Ulgen graduated from Bilkent University, Faculty of Industrial Engineering in 1994-1998. He received a master's degree in Business Administration from Boğazici University in 2003-2005. He served as a Director of the Department in Benkar Consumer Finance and Card Services in 1998-2001. He served as a Deputy Director of Member Commercial objects database in 2001-2004, Head of Credit Card Sales Department in 2004-2006, Head of the Consumer Portfolio Management Department in 2006-2008, Head of Credit Card Sales Department in 2009-2010, Head of Card Payment Systems Sale Department in 2010-2014, Head of Consumer, Platinum Banking, Card Payment Systems department in 2014-2017, Head of Retail Banking and Card Payment systems department in 2017-2018 and as a Deputy Director General on Retail Banking beginning from 2018 in “Yapı Kredi Bank A.Ş./Turkey
